Nestled in the picturesque Ausseerland landscape, the Ferienhaus Kalss is located just 1.5 kilometers from the western shore of Grundlsee. Its quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac ensures a relaxing atmosphere, while the proximity to Grundlsee, Bad Aussee, and Altaussee provides plenty of opportunities for excursions.
The house features three stylish apartments, each accommodating up to four guests:
- Apartment Wassermann (Ground Floor): Bright rooms, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet create a welcoming atmosphere. A private sauna is a special highlight.
- Apartment Boaßlbam (Upper Floor): With similar amenities, this apartment stands out with its warm design, crafted from natural materials, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
- Holiday Apartment in a Separate House: Bright rooms, tasteful furnishings, and a spacious garden make this apartment a special retreat.
All three apartments have been carefully furnished with local wood, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in the living and children's rooms, a washer-dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space directly at the house. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a crib and socket safety covers.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
