The Heritage.Hotel Hallstatt combines three historic buildings:
House Kainz, House Stocker & House Seethaler to a hotel in a particular way. The main building House Kainz is located at the port of Hallstatt and consists of rooms, the reception, restaurant and sauna. The House Stocker, is about 3 minutes walking distance away from the main building and is the oldest and most romantic building in Hallstatt (rooms only). The House Seethaler, is about 5 minutes walking distance away from the main building and has the best lake view rooms (rooms only). Each room of the three builidngs tells its own history. Heritage.Deluxe double room
Our Heritage.Deluxe double rooms are located in the Kainz, Stocker and Seethaler houses and have a lake view.
In the Kainz house, the rooms have wooden floors and look out over the landing stage and Lake Hallstatt. In Haus Stocker you can enjoy a balcony as well as a lake view and in Haus Seethaler you can expect a lake view and balcony in this category, here the rooms have carpeted floors.
The room size is approx. 22-26 square metres and is suitable for up to three people. Modern interiors and warm colours create a feel-good atmosphere.

Double room
Our standard double rooms are located in the Kainz, Stocker and Seethaler houses and offer our guests a pleasant feel-good atmosphere.
The cosy rooms face the Protestant church (in the Kainz house) and offer a limited view of the lake in the Stocker and Seethaler houses. The room size is approx. 18-25 square metres and offers space for two people. The modern interior also contributes to the feel-good atmosphere.

Superior double room
If you would like a lake view and balcony in the main building, then book our Superior room: 25-50 m² in size, modern interior and suitable for up to 3 people.
Our Heritage Superior rooms are located in the Kainz and Seethaler buildings and offer our guests a wonderful lake view and balcony.
The elegantly furnished rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults and have a lake view and balcony. In Haus Seethaler, the Superior room is also one of the most beautiful rooms in our hotel. With a generous window front facing the lake and a small terrace, you will hardly want to leave the room.
Family Suite
Family Suites are characterised by a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with bathtub. The perfect room for families, offering space for up to 4 people. Feel cosy in the old walls, and all Family Suites have a market view. These Family Suites are located in the Kainz and Stocker houses.

All our junior suites have a lake view and balcony. In Haus Kainz, our spacious Junior Suites will enchant you with a large room under the gable. In the bathroom you can enjoy a bathtub.
In Haus Stocker our junior suites have a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with bathtub. From there, also located on the top floor, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the old town of Hallstatt.
In Haus Seethaler, our junior suites have a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with bathtub. Fantastic lake views in peaceful surroundings await you.
All junior suites offer space for up to 4 people. The Junior Suites are located in all three houses.

The Superior Suite is the largest room in the Heritage.hotel and is located exclusively in Haus Kainz. The suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, an entrance area, a small living room and a sheltered terrace to enjoy some peace and quiet.
