From our own live animal transport and slaughtering to processing - at the Zauner butchery everything is done ourselves! The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation.

In the meantime, the Zauner is one of the few local suppliers in the Bad Goisern and Bad Aussee area and also delivers to hospitals, schools and various restaurants.

They also offer home-style lunch menus.
