Dachstein Krippenstein is the hotspot of the freeriding scene in the Salzkammergut. And beyond runs and cliff drops, the Krippenstein impresses with an exciting outdoor programme - far away from the mainstream.
Nine kilometres of off-piste variants and the snow reliability of the Dachstein area whet the appetite for powder snow and fat boards. Whether ski or board, the numerous variants of the Dachstein Krippenstein inspire every powder freak! Schönberg, Imisl and Eisgrube offer rough rocky ridges, varied slopes and selective forest routes, 1500 metres of altitude per ride demand fitness and concentration.
Days of freedom are the order of the day at Arena Dachstein Krippenstein - simply everything is possible: skiing and boarding, on and off piste, freeride training and snow camps, snowshoeing, ski tours, ice climbing, paragliding. Or maybe you'd rather relax on one of the sun terraces or party the night away?
