The club "Modeleisenbahnclub Salzkammergut" has 40 members. Tehy try to make construction abou 140 m² and if this is finishe, it is the biggest construction in Salzkammergut. A part of the construction is of Gmunden including the tram in Gmuden and Lake Castle Orth.
The model railway mini wonderland awaits visitors young and old with around 170m². The track winds through fascinatingly detailed landscape centres. Many of the Salzkammergut's sights are packed into it, such as the old Grünberg cable car, Ort Castle, the steamship Gisela, the Gmundner Esplanade and the Schafberg.
