Savoury rye bread is baked with natural sourdough in a wood-fired oven (without yeast). You will learn everything you need to know about grain, types of flour, types of dough and how to make and use sourdough.
Something sweet to go with your coffee, also made with sourdough. Weckerl and Flesserl round off the range. There are also helpful tips and tricks for successful baking at home. A fun and creative day at Lake Attersee awaits you!
